AMBROSIA

On the wings of fire I fly
In the blades of grass I lie
With the gusts of gale I sigh
Each passing moment I’m nigh….

I burn among a thousand suns
I cry and laugh, all at once
A thousand smiles I do smile
felling tears all the while

With schools of dolphin I do sing
and soar do I on a sparrow’s wing
With autumn leaves I do fall
and with a rooster’s crow, I do call

Not in a temple nor in a mosque
Neither in any synagogue
With every breath of yours I fall
For I am there in each and all

In every little grain of sand
In each of your tasks at hand
In every page of a book you read
In every cast and every creed

I am black and I am white
As bright as day, as dark as night
I’m the wolf and also the sheep
I’m all the memories you keep

I’m the fruit and the tree
I’m a slave but I am free
Born of every mother’s womb am I
Still, each moment I do die

But if you want to see and feel
and realize me at your will
Start loving all and you’ll see
With each blessing I shall come to thee.
