Outbreak bilharzia disease
why thou affected us most?
You left our mover and shaker
who had everything in abundant
to fight against you

Why thou tormented our lives
we human of less privilede
who were neglecting by our rulers
we lack life requirements
except the air we breathe

Our tears flooded the street
as excess water flooded the gutter
why thou take away our love ones?
And left us with your abysmal suffering

Why thou do this?
Is it because we live in appalling condition?
Or an adulterate food we eat?
We are adhesion to poverty
but we do pray for a better life
to free from ye tormentor
