The Heart's Homicide (Rebirth)

1
Oh diminished core of mine,
I find no antidote for the apparition you have
come to be,
Though once yielding a vibrant existence,
Well lit and radiant,
You were sanctioned a barbaric catastrophe,
Leaving you shattered,
And bleak.

2
Then,
Vanishing to the poisoned shadows,
I heard the utterance of a lamentation,
And knew...
Love had murdered you.

3
Hushed by the stench of death,
By immoral slaughter,
With mankind gazed at your lifeless corpse,
We weep...

4
Then I get wind,
A flood of mutter,
Over and over the whispers surge,
The earth beneath begins to shutter,
With disbelief,
And treasons purged.

5
From the dark a faded thunder,
Proceeded by a train of glow,
As vocals ooze and drip with wonder,
Of the source they do not know.

6
In demise,
Shall rise it's impunity,
Now advised,
Are the eyes of scrutiny.

7
Foretold to those,
Though they rejected,
Unwell and ailing,
Shun neglected,
The time is ripe,
As few suspected,
Seven years
It raised protected.

8
A softened tempo from the ashes stir,
I glance to see my core there lie,
Blood garnished heart,
A grim occur,
The chance to usher
Delight's apply.

9
A crashing thump from the ashes stir,
A riot rises inside extinct,
Breath that dwells,
For birth occurs,
A quiet pledge,
Now kept in ink.

10
And so,
Diminished core of mine,
I find your passing a global mirage,
A rebirth of brilliance,
Now immortal in luminosity,
Never again to be tried by death,
A crowned conqueror,
And proclaimed ruler,
Forever!
