Nosy Parker
Nosy parker always knows
Who comes whence and whither goes
I fear ‘t will come at least to blows
For that nasty inquisitive nose.
Nosy Parker has an itch
To ask me what and why and which,
I’ve half a mind to give a twitch
To that snooping, sinuous snitch.
Nosy Parker takes a peek
At what I do and how I speak:
He’ll get a mighty painful tweak
Upon that beastly, ubiquitous beak.
Nosy parker finds it out
And quickly spreads it all about:
Let him take care: I’ll land a clout
Upon that sneaky, soniferous snout
I’ve hinted to nosy- ever so tactfully,
Should he prove to suggestion a trifle refractory?
I’ve got in reserve a jolly great whack for the
Prying, protuberant organ olfactory.
