Safe in the Nebula

I used to feel
at home
nuzzled in
the nebula

swimming safely
within its weightlessness.

Where my limbs
moved with ease
and I was wrapped
in clouds that felt
like peace.

Now,

the only things
I want to feel

is the gravity
of your love

and the pressure
from your atmosphere.

I’m no longer
nonchalant,
but grounded

to something solid.

Something worth holding on to.
