Welcome To Insanity, Don't Forget To Leave Us A Review
Well, it's about time,
Don't you think?
Step inside
And take a peek.
Now don't be shy,
Even hard to reach
Places and high
Shelves will grab and scream
At your idle eyes
And pry them open,
Sing their sighs,
And I was hoping
That it's alright
For me to show them
What goes on where I reside.
This is my home
Whether or not I choose to
Call it so,
So let me introduce you.
I've always lived here, always alone.
Don't let all these footprints confuse you,
It's just the routes I always roam,
No matter how hard I refuse to
Walk the roads
I've abused through
Years of ghosts
That I've perused through
Time again, and time you know,
Is something that we've been reduced to,
Timeless madness, mindless copes,
Something that I've gotten used to.
Here are the books
I always read.
Come take a look,
Come watch the weeds
Rip through the bushes
And trip the trees
Down by the brook
That drowns my dreams.
Here's where I put
Them when I sleep,
Hung from a hook
That holds the beast
Fed from what could
Have been a feast
Composed of good
Old fashioned irony.
It's ironic, I gotta say
And rather tragic
In a way
They're acting as if
They're all insane
Or at least that's been
Just what they claimed
Was in my hand-picked
Thoughts in trains
And downright madness
Trapped in frames
Of mind, like added
Injury to sprains.
They're at it
Like tire tracks in rain.
I'm asking
Now if it's the same.
Is it the same?
Do you understand
Now? After your stay
In this fair land
Of pointless pain,
Impairing plans,
And falling planes,
And broken tracks
Meant to be made
Of all the sad
Things in my brain,
It's all I had.
Now can you relate?
It's all bad.
It's all hate.
It brings me back,
Takes me straight
Down an empath's path
Where I'll wait
For them to grasp it.
We're all sinking in this tragic.
