Give thanks unto the Lord
All gracious in his might
Whose mercy falls like dews abroad
& sunshine after night
Whose wrath is stayed whose kindness never
E[n]during ever & for ever

Who acteth wonders every day
Whose glories ever shine
The heavens his excellence display
The earth his skill divine
Earth sea & sky becloathed in light
Display his mercy & his might

Who made those mighty lights
The sun to rule the day
The moon & stars the night
Who but the power their lights display
The God of life & light & love
Whose cares below whose home above
