In sunset-land, in sunset-land,
The ruddy trees in splendor stand,
The rainbowed waters fleetly flow,
And dainty breezes whisper low,
Where sleepy flowers of mystery grow
O realm of dreams and visions grand,
Sweet sunset-land, sweet sunset-land!

In sunset-land, in sunset-land,
Calm Beauty reigns from strand to strand;
And in her gardens by the streams
Where ruby sunlight ever gleams,
She tends her flowers of wondrous dreams.
O give one dream from thy fair hand
To one, who yearns for sunset-land!
