Classic Poem

There was a little man and he had a little gun, —
'Twas a Chassepot gun, I hear, —
He went to flearbruck and didn't get a duck,
But he got a little flea in his ear!

For t'other little man he had a needle gun ,
With which to defend the border;
He went to flearbruck and proceeded to cook
The Chassepot goose in short order!
