O noble Peere unto the Lords on by ,
Respecting each according to his place:
Declare must I how them the Muses grace.
I know them not, 'tis true; but yet the Muses
Have skill enough, and Learnings Art infuses
On rather into those who have a will
Nobly their workes with Heroes acts to fill.
So, since I am commanded thus to wright,
