It is an interesting thing this story
in that William you understand equals Wilhelm
Old High German Resolute-Helmet & Defender & Protector
while Harmon is Herman
Old High German again unless I'm mistaken
for Army-Man & Warrior
you see it in Arminius who was Jacob Herman's-son
son of Herman Jacob's-son by the way
& in the middle name of the celebrated Dutch artist Rembrandt
but
& this is important now
note that the middle name is Ruth
which I am told is from the Hebrew for Beauty
& is furthermore an archaic word from the Anglo-Saxon
meaning Pity I believe
but of course I could be entirely wrong
