Discorde des Jacobins et de L'universite, La

I

I have to rhyme on the spirit of discord
Want to Paris sowed
among those who preach mercy
and an honest life.
Faith, peace, harmony,
here that fills their mouths,
but the way they remind me
that from words to deeds there afar.

II

The Jacobins this topic
I want to talk to you,
because they tell us all of God
and we prohibit anger:
this is what hurts the soul,
what hurt him, which kills.
But this war for a school
where they want to teach strength.

III

When the Jacobins appeared in the world,
they came in Humility
At the time they were pure and clean,
and loved theology.
But Pride, which prunes all good,
set them as inequity
with their large round cape
they overthrew the University.

VIII

This may be good people,
I wish that everyone believes.
But the fact that they advocate in Rome
against the University keeps me believe.
Here is the bottom line, touching the Jacobins:
What a Jacobin borrows
I do not even parerais debt
the value of an apple peel.
