three nights ago
three nights ago, i found a five-leaf clover
all of my worries are gone, the pain is now over
i looked in their eyes, deep in slumber
the love of my life
the bad times are over
last night, i spoke to my five-leaf clover
found him in the shallows of my inbox, i should have replied sooner
what were the odds of me finding such a man
who truly expressed his love
held my virtual hand
a five-leaf clover is extremely rare
the way that you are with me is a blessing too
god turned a staff into a serpent
exodus
agnostic
you’re the reason i’m making it through
an omen is a sign that precedes an event
“we’re just friends.”
“more than friends.”
i’ll be here for you till the end
four nights ago, i found my five-leaf clover
once were
distant friends,
let’s be distant lovers
i don’t usually believe in superstition
but if the stars are aligned
believe that i’ll make “us” my mission
you’re my good luck charm
we’re a match made in heaven
you don’t have to believe,
but that’s my omen
three nights ago happened way long ago
you kiss me now,
we’re a merry go round of intimacy now
i could not have predicted this
a prophecy once told me that my life would be a haphazard
you’re my miracle,
my wish
i’m happy that we crossed paths
overjoyed that we’re falling in love
when you get the chance to read this
three nights ago will be forever ago
my five-leaf clover,
my omen,
my love.
