CIRCUIT OF LIFE

CIRCUIT OF LIFE

It is often said what comes around, goes around
It might twist and turn, and likely follow a curve
Such an innocent remark can be quite profound
Yet be offered all the respect that it does deserve

It’s not always easy to quickly recognise the signs
Life situations repeat, perhaps in a different guise
One might think that one would learn those lines
For déjà vu, one doesn’t have to be old and wise

One particular variant could be the Moebius strip
Where the travelled road will be twice the distance
Both over and then under, but with no sudden flip
Unless an elastic path, it offers very little resistance

The loop, upon an unbreakable link, will depend
As the beginning was just a moment ago, the end
