Five Poems
The sea hath tempered it; the mighty sun
Polished the blade,
And from the limpid sheath the sword leaps forth,
Man hath not made
A better in Damascus—though for slaughter
Hath steel somewhat advantage over water.

Man hath not made
A better in Damascus—though for slaughter
Hath steel somewhat advantage over water.
