If Wingo on the Congo did the tango
In the stead of winging bingles on the fly,
Would a single one of Wingo's Giant gang go
To the Congo, do you think, to see him try?

And would Demaree or Strang go, or would Kling go,
Where the Mingos cut the mangoes from the trees?
Would they angle for a cardinal flamingo
As they mingled 'mong the aborigines?

Would they tingle at the jingles of the Gringo?
Would they strangle at the bungled, tangled slang?
Would the jungle's bosky ring as Wingo
Did the tango on the Congo with his gang?
