Classic Poem

King Jesus is a-listenin' all day long,
To hear some sinner pray.

Some say that John the Baptist was nothin' but a Jew,
But the Holy Bible tells us that John was a preacher too.

That Gospel train is comin', a-rumblin' through the lan',
But I hear them wheels a-hum-min', get ready to board that train!

I know I've been converted, I ain't gon' make no alarm,
For my soul is bound for Glory, and the devil can't do me no harm.
