A Kiss, and a clasp, and an eye to eye

A kiss, and a clasp, and an eye to eye,
And a bosom that's heaven to cover,
No maiden need shame herself not to deny
Unto her parting lover.
With adieu, my dear, & be true, my dear!
Cry faithful & fickle together:
And let the world break if for once I forsake
The truth that braves the weather.
