Dear Lady Wyatt,
If I a m int errupting you please excuse me
as I mint to have asked you a question the other day
but forgot to mint =ion it. Can you tell me how to make
preserved or dry mint ? I have got a
mint of
mint in my garden, but although I
a m int =erested in getting some of it dried for
pea-soup, I a m in t errible ignorance of how to dry it,
and a m in t orture till I know how. On cutting the
leaves, should they be mint 'sd up small like
mint 'sd meat? — or should I put
the m int o Gin & Tarragon vinegar? Or place them
in a jar of Mint on pottery, & expose them to the
ele mint s in a
her mint ically sealed bottle? If Mr Disraeli,
who is now Prime mint =stir, could teach us how to stir
the mint ,
I a m int ernally convinced we could manage it.
This is as plain as that the Mint cio is a large River in Italy, or that
Lord Mint o was once Governor Genl. of India. Perhaps
at the rising of Palia mint , he may help us. After all would the
success be com mint surate with the trouble?
What com mint can be made on this except
that Mrs Wyatt should send To m int o the country if he is unwell in town?
One thing is sure, all ver mint must be carefully excluded
from the bottle, & I a m int ending to get one really well
made, for I a m int oxicated with the idea of getting good dry
mint . Please if you have a receipt, give it me
which will be a monu mint of your good nature.
