Tremor of torrents
wet and wild night
fierce wind surge
spurning every spot
harsh gust saline
spit in human ear
cast of  reckless
nocturnal drama
whose plot veers
on slippery quay
bed ridden elders
shriek in bulb fused
dim dark and dank
feeble raftered room
whose creaky splint
wakeful splash on
glass a cool shudder
ricochet rattling frames 
limp cat loner purr
scars the ghost that
cowers behind trees
