IF LOVE WAS REAL

Hope is as useless as prayer;

I hope you pray for me.

Nothing means anything;

Don’t give in to meaningless.

God does not exist;

You are divine.

Love does not exist,

But if it did

I would love you forever.

My love for you would be a force.

I would build a stairway to heaven

And carry you to the top.

Then, when god saw you with me

He would become jealous

And I would have to kill him.

That is how much I would love you

If love was real.
