Clanging bells, clanging bells.
Rage and torment rose from daily agonies.
Disturbed and disheartened, lied to and demoralized.
Does lightning always follow thunder?
Pray for the best.

Hope replaces despair.
Comforting words replace disheartenment.
Yearning for silence.
Peace,
But just for the moment.
