I'm one of the guilty, M, lol !!!! I went from a
downstate NY accent and slang, to an honorary southerner. My daughter has a light
Southern lilt in her speech. We go from,
"Noo-Yawk" to, "Steel Magnolias", lol! This great poem is very charming. ~
