Wind
Li Jiao (645-714)I watch the autumn leaves unwind and fall—
Perhaps they’ll bloom an early springtime day
Or sail the river waves a thousand miles
To join ten thousand bamboo canes a-sway.

Loosen fall three autumn leaves
Could open second month blossoms
Pass river thousand feet waves
Join bamboo ten-thousand canes slanting
