To My Highly-Valued Friend, Mr. William Hackwell of Lincolnes Inne, Learned in the Lawes

To my highly valued friend, Mr. William Hackwell of Lincolnes Inne, learned in the lawes.

Thy face doth shew thy hart; thy tongue, thy head:
And doth approue th' inestimable worth
In Parliament thy tongue so much hath sedd,
And all so well, that Enuy sets thee foorth:
But I that loue thee should doe more then so:
Then this thy worth and my great want doth show.
