Poem 11
Fame says, my mistress loves another swain;
Would I were deaf, when Fame repeats the wrong!
All crimes to her imputed, give me pain,
Not change my love: Fame, stop your saucy tongue!
Would I were deaf, when Fame repeats the wrong!
All crimes to her imputed, give me pain,
Not change my love: Fame, stop your saucy tongue!
