You men without will! Your hearts still cling to their perspectives
stained with flaws! You live with instability and always you
wonder whether or not you should perform a righteous act!
A man who goes out hunting for an elephant will find it!
A man who hunts for a small bird will return with empty hands!
And so if those noble men who hunt for exalted goals should gain
what is merited by their karma, then in the world where the good
and the bad karma no longer accumulate they take their pleasure!
And if they do not savor pleasure in that world without karma,
they may never have to be born again! And if they are never
to be born again, then clearly while establishing one's fame
as solidly as a summit in the Himalayas,
it becomes of the utmost importance to die with a purified body!
