In Solitude
Like as a brook that all night long
Sings, as at noon, a bubble-song
To Sleep's unheeding ear,
The Poet to himself must sing,
When none but God is listening
The lullaby to hear.
Sings, as at noon, a bubble-song
To Sleep's unheeding ear,
The Poet to himself must sing,
When none but God is listening
The lullaby to hear.
