Strange, fantastic claims abound;
You may hear them all around,
Some have visions, trances, dreams,
Others — cunning, subtle schemes;
Golden plates or " Bluish flame, "
" Cosmic rays " — they're all the same;
One thing common do they share:
(You can tell them anywhere);
Works or money you must pay
Else " no help for you " they say.

But when from these frauds we turn,
When for truth and right we yearn;
God will tell you in His Word
That your faintest prayer is heard;
And you'll know there's only one
Who can save " beneath the sun. "
All the rest impostors be —
Christ alone can set you free.
He made claims as well. We're sure
His credentials still endure.

No impostor raised the dead,
Made the crippled strong instead,
Stilled a storm and calmed a sea,
Set a demon captive free,
Cleansed the leper from his stain,
Gave His life and rose again.
Only one will qualify
To redeem and justify.
Christ alone can save from sin,
Trust Him now and enter in.
