In Thy Presence

In thy presence I am living,
Ev'ry day and ev'ry hour,
In the secret place of blessing,
At the fount of grace and pow'r;
In the light no cloud can darken,
In the calm, where tempests cease,
And the waves of trouble never
Break upon the shores of peace.
Not of man, and not of wisdom,
What I know, or feel, or see
Naught of earth can give the blessing
Found in living, Lord, with thee;
Sin and death, and doubt and troubles
Fading, as the life divine
Tastes the sweet and gracious blessing:
" I am thine, and thou art mine "

In thy presence
I am living,
In thy presence evermore, ...
In thy presence
I am living,
With thee, Lord, . . . . for ever more . . . . .
In thy presence I am living,
In thy presence evermore,
In thy presence I am living,
In thy presence evermore,
In thy presence I am living,
With thee, Lord, for evermore,
In thy presence
I am living,
With thee, Lord, for evermore.
