For A Treaty

Shall's treat what else for there in may be found
Means to In-treat the King to be uncrown'd
Soe ordinances to doe may have noe-more
When St: John's Will, and Martin hath his whore
Without controwle each member else (uppright
As reformation) may speake or write
What witt or Fancy dictates, and therein
Though it crosse disposition 'tis no sinn
For that the Breach of Law imployes when here
Noe forfeit of a Cabb: or Covenanteer
Soe much imports as may the Kingdomes Jarr
Reiteraite and imbroyle in second warr
If the King more or Parliment have lesse
To say, who is't that is the misteris
That Governs all (but freedom) to that still
Example Led is fostered by will
For wher the Prince obeyes the People sway
Soe Subjects oft times Soveranties betray
Yet wher noughts sought but what the Lawes require
Hees tyrant and no King doth more desire
