To the Society of Phanaticks or more truly Jesuits
Phanaticks what are yea that thus swarme
And bring to King and Kingdome so much harme
Imprudence 'tis, Mischiefs and Malice sway
To cause yea thus All lawes to Disobey
And to your Cuntrymen such daingers bring
As to foment fresh war against your King
And Cuntry too: if Faith hath any share
Or Godlines in you, 'tis to impare
Both Godlines and Faith that you alone
Mought raise that Idoll superstition
Whilst King and loving People yea delude
By Conventickling in a multetude
And Jesuite-like those principles put on
May swallow All up in Confusion
It is enough: Goe packing hence t'infect
Some Forraign Cuntry with Thy cursed sect
Or else forget thy lewd Opinions vile
And Peaceably demean thy self the while
Bring no more Dainger on thy self and frends
Nor more resist the Lawe; But make amends
For what is past, Conforme in evry thing
Fear God and yeild due honer to thy King
So from that fond Phanatick mood Thou'lt be
In t'mutuall Love and Sobernes set free.
