Upon Sir Anthonies incomparable peece wherin are most faithfully set down Divers Passages of Court and State During the raigne of K. James. I

That 'tis Well-don who is't that dares deny
If ever read in Men or History?
(Both liable to Flattery); yet heer
Nor derth of Truth in One, or Courage neer
To bid defiance to the others ill
Soe steddy in'ts dementions as to Skoar
At Life most passages not long before
Without enclining partially to spare
Any Transgress how Great somere they are
Nor yet in Times-observancy to be
Guilty of such smooth-fac't Idoletry
As Favorites wont Clayme: when as their rise
Is but the reddiest way to precipice
This shall enduer and may all times be known
Wherin such times as these are tould their own.
