Light brisk morning walk,

within wildest dreams of mine
(a side affect from
one or more 
of the nine prescription medications
taken to alleviate -
ameliorate if you will be so kind
as to let me brandish and bolster

sitting there

     among the trees

on riverbank

     littered with trash

it is filled

     with many things

like a kaleidoscope view

     of someone’s life

all that is left

     of hopes and dreams

fragments of a life

     now cast aside

 and what were their hopes

boot not so suburb (superb)

Hyperbole taken to the mad max 
mayhem when necessary
to, poeticize, publicize,
exorcize, criticize, and alphabetize
desecrating, demeaning, dehumanizing,

toward one run of the mill
