Whilst Strephon's fretting

 W HILST S TREPHON 's fretting,
 C LOE 's conquetting ,
Sports with his passion, scornful appears;
 At which the lover
 Gives his suit over,
And Cupid's setters no longer wears.
 Cloe distracted,
 That thus she has acted,
Him she has slighted fain would recal;
 He tyrannizes ,
 Her tears despises,
And vows she never shall more enthral.

 Learn hence vain woman ,
  Trifle with no man,
Let no wretch humble sigh at your feet,
 But be complying,
 Or when you're dying,
Poor Cloe 's sate you'll surely meet.
