Visibly set the seal of death
On her eyes a little wet:
You will soon enough forget
The mist of her mirrored breath.

You will soon enough dismiss
All the lovely ways of her:
She is in her sepulchre;
You will soon forget she is.

She will understand you must
Forget; she will try to keep
Still so that you can sleep
Unoffended by her dust.
