long lost sea, you think of the ocean
a lot
but never swim;
your head is never under water and
your feet just touch
the waves.
your fingers glide,
these atoms that stick together
on your skin;
you ponder the way the surface
creases like
tissue paper,
full to bursting...
today, your body is
brand new,
just as you were born and
always have been.
glow like pulpy fruit, gorging juices and
tight veins;
untouched, your first breath again, wide-
eyed,
cheeks round like blown
Bubble Yum, your
eyes little buttons just
dropped on
top;
infinite soul that you are.
