Eternal life for 
baby planet daisy chains 
of floral linkage 
where habitat and haven 
align with unspoilt Eden 

Vapours of  a dream
blind to rising heat ingrained 
yet  bold  steps pending 
in tandem with strident doom
and catastrophic upshot 

Spurs green denizens 
to harried terrain rescue
in spite of infant 
phased template seen as naïve
against a visual scar 

Blight from lesions hatched
must not thwart or stifle us
impact stoic strides
to ward off sombre shadows
of alarm bell's doleful peal
