A majestic peak, towering high
In the heart of Africa, reaching the sky
Mt. Kenya stands strong and proud
A challenge for those who are bold

The journey begins at the base
A climb up the mountain's face
Through lush forests and rocky terrain
Onwards we go, amidst the rain

The air grows thin as we ascend
Our hearts beating, our spirits blend
With nature's beauty all around
The sights and sounds, a symphony profound

The glaciers gleam in the morning light
A breathtaking sight, a pure delight
The summit beckons, a distant dream
We push on, fueled by the mountain's gleam

Through icy winds and freezing cold
We press forward, strong and bold
Step by step, we make our way
Higher and higher, day by day

The challenges are great, the path is steep
But we are determined, we will not weep
For the reward at the top is grand
A view like no other, a sight so grand

As we reach the summit, the world below
Lies at our feet, a majestic show
The clouds stretch out like a sea of white
A breathtaking view that fills us with delight

We stand in awe of nature's might
As we gaze upon the wondrous sight
Mt. Kenya, we have conquered you
And in our hearts, forever you'll be true

The descent is slow, but our hearts are light
For we have achieved a great height
Our souls are lifted, our spirits soar
As we make our way back to the forest floor

A climb of Mt. Kenya, a journey to remember
A test of strength, a challenge to conquer
But in the end, it's not the summit we seek
It's the journey itself, the memories we keep

So let us cherish this experience true
