Member Poem

To wake up in the morning,
with fervour in your heart,
to praise that golden present,
that zestful  human perk,
the moment one inhabits,
as the universal clock ticks,
an impulse I must act on,
a sudden rush of intuition,
for me to pen in praise,
of blissful mood endowment,
enchanting passage, route, pathway,
bloom and boon without waiver,
lustrous canon goading fingertip,
dream tap bright elation now pending,
sheer joy that hypnotic river,
bodacious torrent’s bold uppercase,
thunderstruck  metricist might capture alluring spot,
urban  centre, teeming street, green landscape,
with laudatory pool a nuanced trinket,
how wonder world reflections boost joy
