Member Poem

An expanse of green
enclosed by coniferous trees.
Away from the pollen-filled flowers
and their buzzing bees.
Just close enough
to enjoy their beauty,
from a distance
as they do their duty.
Rolling hills expanding 
in all directions,
turning up to the sky
to give it merited attention.
