How is there joy
How is there laughter
When you are suffering
When you are going through hell
Do you actually have joy
Do you forget about your pain for a second

God is good
He created all that is good
Joy is good

Experience the joy
Experience the laughter
Experience the sunset
Experience the small details 

Don’t destroy the goodness of the Lord
The suffering will never go away
The suffering will always stay in this broken world
The joy may come in the midst of the suffering

One day we will forget about the suffering
One day we will only have joy
