She wakes in the middle of the night searching for comfort to ease her pain,
only to find the other side of the bed made.
Meanwhile, he takes his seventh drink and stumbles out of the bar, itching for a cigarette that no longer is around.
She pulls the covers aside and dials his phone,
hoping that he might come around.
He struggles to maintain enough balance to even open the car door,
as he continues to ignore the blaring of his phone that keeps going off every five minutes.
At no response, she throws her phone against the wall and watches it crumble to the ground.
Unsuccessful, he gives up trying to open the door and begins making his way back home barefoot, having lost his shoes earlier that night in a fight.
Restless, she gets up from bed and makes her way out the front door while tears threaten to spill at any given moment.
As he walks further ahead, his headache grows with the honking of the cars and his vision begins to blur preventing him from seeing the car heading full speed towards him….
Meanwhile, she makes her way to the local bar with tears pouring out, losing control of her car she takes notice of the stumbling body that fails to get out of the road on time, when it is far too late….
