I love the way you say “five minutes”
Many buddhists say that I should think about your stages of decay
Some say that there are nine
If that day ever came I would see no reason, sis, to get out from under your body
(Moreover, we are already melted together as one)
Oh, sis, you are my fellow red-man
Let me have no delusions.
Oh, sis, you are my fellow dust-man
Your clay need not have been from stars
Oh, sis you are my fellow watching-man
Let that day never come
Let me have no delusions

Death is an uninteresting interloper
(The devil is uninteresting (and empty and finite) and hell opens into the garden of heaven as a very small, slight crack in a rock at the foot of a single blade of grass)
Yes, what amazing truths these are!
Let me keep shedding delusions!

There is only so much delusion!
Let me soon have no delusions
Never to have any again

(Yes, libations are common but genuine help and genuine altruism are rare)
