Omega on Alpha 2

The vermin spread like humans across the planet
Consuming
Using
Without restoring or replenishing

The other life forms were slowly driven to extinction

Leaving the pestilent invaders to devour themselves one by one
Till all that was left was a bleak, cold
Rock
Spinning in the solitude of space.
